GREEN TEA
Green tea is an unfermented tea, characterized by its "clear soup and green leaves". It retains its freshness through the "withering" process at high temperatures. It is mainly divided into types such as pan-fired green tea (like West Lake Longjing, flat and smooth), sun-dried green tea (like Huangshan Maofeng, shaped like a bird's beak), sun-dried green tea and steamed green tea. Among them, the "green color, rich aroma" of Longjing and the "curled like a snail" shape of Biluochun are highly favored. When brewing, use water at a temperature of 80-85℃. Use a glass cup to observe its unfolding form. The tea soup has a fresh and refreshing aftertaste with a hint of bean or chestnut aroma. It is a classic drink for experiencing the flavor of spring.
