OOLONG TEA
Oolong tea is an outstanding representative of semi-fermented teas in China. Its production involves shaking and processing to create "green leaves with red edges". The fermentation degree ranges from 15% to 70%, resulting in a rich and diverse flavor. The tea aroma has a highly dramatic layering effect, encompassing elegant floral scents, ripe fruit honey notes, and the mineral aroma of charcoal roasting. The tea soup color varies from golden yellow to amber. It is mainly produced in Fujian (Wuyi Rock Tea, Tieguanyin)(武夷岩茶、铁观音), Guangdong (Fenghuang Dancong)(凤凰单丛), and Taiwan (High Mountain Oolong, Dingting Oolong, Oriental Beauty)(高山乌龙、冻顶乌龙、东方美人). It is renowned for its "rock aroma", and diverse flavors. It is characterized by quick brewing with boiling water and long-lasting aftertaste. It is not only the core of Gongfu tea culture but also like a magnificent and evolving musical piece, unfolding an exploration journey with each tasting
